Refund policy

You can return any undamaged item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

A full refund is only applicable if the device is faulty or has an issue.

In cases of change of mind, we offer the following options:

• Exchange: You can replace the item with another device or product by paying the price difference and delivery charges.
• Refund: If you prefer a refund, a 10% deduction will be applied to the original purchase price.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund or replacement status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
